PAMM(Peroxiredoxin-like 2 activated in M-CSF stimulated monocytes)是一种氧化还原调节蛋白,在脂肪组 织中高表达,具有广泛的生物学作用,是脊髓损伤的标志物及某些肿瘤治疗的候选靶点。该文就PAMM的生物学功能及 其临床应用前景作一综述。

Biological function and potential application of adipocytokine PAMM

Abstract:
PAMM (Peroxiredoxin-like 2 activated in M-CSF stimulated monocytes) is a redox-regulated protein that is highly expressed in adipose tissue, and has various biological roles. It can serve as a biomarker for spinal cord injury and a candidate target for certain tumors. This paper reviews the biological function and potential application of PAMM.
