性格优势融入医学人文教育：“仁义礼智信”价值的应用

摘要:

该文旨在应用积极心理学中的性格优势理论诠释“仁义礼智信”这一传统道德准则，并据此对医学人 文教育的路径进行新探索。通过文献综述和理论分析，文章首先阐述了“仁义礼智信”（被称为儒家“五常”）在中国 传统文化中的地位及其在现代医学人文教育中的重要价值。然后基于性格优势理论诠释“仁义礼智信”，并分析两 者的内在联系。在此基础上，提出“仁义礼智信”与性格优势融合的医学人文教育模式，通过培养医学生的性格优 势，提升其同理心、沟通技巧、批判性思维技能与反思性实践能力。该创新路径不仅丰富了医学人文教育的理论内 涵，也为医学教育实践提供了新思路和新方法。

Abstract:

This study aims to apply the theory of character strengths from positive psychology to interpret the traditional moral code of “benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trustworthiness”, thereby exploring novel avenues for medical humanities education. Through literature review and theoretical analysis, the “benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trustworthiness” (known as the “Five Constants” of Confucianism) in traditional Chinese culture and their important value in modern medical humanities education were elaborated. Then Five Constants were interpreted based on character strengths and analyzed for their inherent connection. On this basis, a medical humanities education model that integrates Five Constants with character strengths was proposed to cultivate the personality of medical students, thereby enhancing their empathy, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and reflective practical abilities. This innovative approach not only enriches the theoretical connotation of medical humanities education, but also provides new ideas and new methods for the practical implementation of medical education.
