摘要:

小儿原发性膀胱输尿管反流（VUR）是指尿液逆流至输尿管和肾的过程，是小儿泌尿外科常见疾病之一。临 床治疗VUR方式多种多样，包括预防性抗生素或者手术进行干预。目前国内外尚未制定出统一的治疗标准，一般是根据 不同患儿的具体情况采取相应的治疗措施。该文主要针对小儿膀胱输尿管反流的治疗方式及适应证进行综述。

Abstract:

Primary vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) in children is defined as the process of urine flowing back into the ureter and kidneys, making it a common condition in pediatric urology. Clinically, there are various treatment options for VUR, including prophylactic antibiotic therapy and various surgical interventions. However, there is currently no unified treatment standard both domestically and internationally. It is generally recognized that treatment measures should be selected based on the specific conditions of individual patients. This article provides a review of the treatment methods and indications for primary vesicoureteral reflux in children.
