基于CiteSpace可视化分析 8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的相关研究

摘要:
目的 分析 8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的研究现状和热点。方法 收集中国知网 1996-2022 年 8-OHdG相 关文献,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献 652 篇,研究热点主要有氧化应激、氧化损伤和活性氧 等。8-OHdG主要与冠心病、阿尔次海默症、糖尿病等相关。结论 目前大多数研究仅局限于将 8-OHdG当作一个检测指 标,外源性 8-OHdG有望治疗氧化损伤相关疾病。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) using CiteSpace. Methods 8-OHdG-related literature between 1996 and 2022 was retrieved from CNKI database, and analyzed by visualization analysis with CiteSpace software. Results A total of 652 articles were included, of which oxidative stress, oxidative damage and reactive oxygen species were the research hotspots. 8-OHdG was closely related to coronary heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and diabetes. Conclusion 8-OHdG serves as a testing index in most of the current studies. The exogenous 8-OHdG is expected to treat oxidative damage-related diseases.
