| 叙事医学理念自提出以来，因其与医疗实践的密切关系，助推医学人文的实现和发展。平行病历作为
医务人员培养和提升医学人文素养的重要途径亦逐渐被广大医务人员熟知、接纳，并用于实践。平行病历不同于
传统临床病历，其写作与文学存在交互性，应具有特定的叙述模式和类型去参照和遵循。该文利用内容分析法，对
《叙事医学》中发表的平行病历文本进行客观、系统的量化描述，探究其叙述模式和类型，构建出平行病历叙述模式
和类型框架，以期为医务人员写作者提供些许借鉴。 |

| A study of narrating modes and types of the parallel chart-taking Narrative Medicine as an example |

| Since the concept of narrative medicine was proposed, it has profoundly catalyzed the actualization and
evolution of medical humanities, attributable to its intrinsic linkage with medical practice. The parallel chart, as a vital
method of cultivating and improving medical staff's humanity, has been also known, accepted and practiced. Parallel
medical records differ from traditional clinical medical records in that their writing is intertwined with literary elements,
necessitating the adoption of specific narrative modes and types as references and guidelines to follow. Via content
analysis method, this paper described parallel charts published on Narrative Medicine objectively and systematically,
studied their narrating modes and types and constructed the framework in order to help medical staff's writing to some
extent. |
