Abstract:Nanoenzymes are nanomaterials with enzymatic activity. Compared with natural enzymes and traditional artificial enzymes, it has the advantages of good stability, low cost, and easy adjustment of physicochemical properties, and has a wide range of applications in industry, medicine, biology and other fields. With the achievements in synthetic design, activity validation, mechanism exploration, and application of nanoenzymes, nanoenzymes have been widely used in the field of tumor therapy and achieved good therapeutic effects. This review provides an overview of the different classifications and catalytic mechanisms of nanoenzymes, as well as their applications and directions of development in tumor therapy, aiming at laying a foundation for the study of a more rational and efficient mode of tumor therapy.
