133 名三甲医院手术室护士职业压力与工作疲劳状况及影响因素的分析

摘 要：目的 了解手术室护士的职业压力、工作疲劳现状及其影响因素。方法 以中国护士工作压力源量表及疲 劳量表为基础制定问卷，对 3 家三甲医院 133 名手术室护士进行调查。结果 133 名手术室护士中压力程度为轻、中、重 度者分别占 6.8%、67.7%、25.6%，工作疲劳轻、中、重度者分别占 30.8%、42.9%、26.3%。logistic回归分析显示工作疲劳为 手术室护士职业压力程度的危险因素（P<0.01）。结论 手术室护士职业压力和工作疲劳会影响工作效率和服务质量。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of occupational stress and work fatigue in operating room nurses. Methods A total of 133 operating room nurses in three grade-A tertiary were surveyed using a CNSS and FS-14-based questionnaire. Results Among 133 operating room nurses, mild, moderate and severe stress was 6.8%, 67.7% and 25.6%, while mild, moderate and severe work fatigue was 30.8%, 42.9% and 26.3%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis revealed that work fatigue was the risk factor for occupational stress in operating room nurses(P<0.01). Conclusion The occupational stress and work fatigue can affect the working efficiency and service quality in operating room nurses.
