Chlamydia psitsiti pneumonia is a rare zoonosis with severe lung lesions, and frequently complicated with acute respiratory failure and multiple organ function damage. Due to the lack of specific manifestations, it is often misdiagnosed or missed. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia.
