摘要:

抵抗素是在小鼠脂肪细胞中发现的激素，在炎症、代谢、免疫性疾病、慢性疾病中发挥重要作用。该文就抵抗 素调控机制及其与慢性肾脏病、心血管疾病、肥胖及糖尿病、癌症的关系作一综述。

Abstract:

Resistin is a hormone found in mouse adipocytes, and plays an important role in inflammatory, metabolic, immune and chronic diseases. This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of resistin and its relationship with chronic kidney diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.
